The focus of this study is the determination of the viability and feasibility of establishing a nutritional yeast production in AUP health foods. Below are findings and results of the study. Marketing. The nutritional yeast is an inactive yeast that has a nutty cheesy flavor and used as a seasoning. The total demand and supply in 2019 is P403,960 while the organizational demand is P3,308,907. The price of the product is P180. The proposed project will be positioned as a challenger in the industry. It will spread awareness about healthy lifestyle and will be promoted through social media. Technical. The main equipment needed for production includes industrial fermenter, centrifugal separator, drum dryer and heat exchanger that costs P3,342,080. The process in producing the product is diluting, culturing and fermenting that will be done in AUP Health Foods Factory. Organizational and Human Resource. The business will hire students as production workers and they will be required to work 38 hours weekly; and will need a nutritionist as production supervisor. Charge slips will be given to the students for their weekly rice subsidy. Regular workers will get an addition to what they normally get. Strategic Management. The business helps to achieve the mission and vision of AUP. Preparations are also in case of emergencies. If there are financial losses, expenses will be decreased. Financials. The total capital requirement is P4, 006,069.49 which will be financed by AUP and will earn profit steadily for five years. The business has net present value of P237, 431.05, internal rate of return of 12% and payback period of four years and nine months. Socio-Economic Responsibility. The business will be of benefit to AUP and its community. Conclusion. The researchers therefore conclude that the proposed business is viable and feasible and would be of benefit, not just to AUP Health Foods but also to its community. Recommendation. The researchers recommend to the prospective investor that the proposed business be implemented.
