Based on the bible teaching effectiveness program was develop. The study found out that the most frequently used teachings strategies are: the use of personal experinces as illustrations, group dynamics, lecture, use of audio-visual equipment and lecture. However, the most effective teachiung strategies are: group discussion or group activity, use of audio-visual materials and lecture. The most frequently used personal values of bible teachers are: being humorous or cheerful, well-mannered,prayerful, integrates faith and learning, well-groomed, treasures the Bible, Spirit-filled, exercises, pastoral care, sociable, friendly, and approachable, authority in calss as a teacher.
