Summary Note520 _a21st-century skills are composed of four distinct aspects which are collaboration, communication, creativity, and critical thinking that educators believe students need to learn in order to succeed in today's world. As innovation continues, digital skills also have been considered as part of 21st-century skills. The purpose of this study is to determine how personality traits and social supports affect these skills. Online and physical surveys were conducted to the business students of Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP), Silang, Cavite. Face-to-face distribution was done to the students who live inside the university and google online survey for those who live outside. The summary of the results shows that the overall 21st-century skills of the respondents had the grand mean of 3,7951(SD=.55539). This indicates that the grand scale response is often and verbally interpreted as high. This implies that the respondents have positive 21sst-century skills. The mean score of personality traits of the respondents is 3.98 (SD=0.53). The result showed a grand scale response of often and its verbal interpretation is high. The section is composed of 10 items. As the result shows, students in AUP often possess high levels of personality traits in complying and adapting 21st-century skills. The score of the social support has a mean of 4.20 (SD=0.74). Its grand scale response is often and verbally interpreted as high. It implies that students in AUP have a good level of social support. This means that a good level of personality traits and social support can be helpful to students to develop their 21st-century skills. On this basis, it is recommended that students must have enough social support and personality traits in order to definitely adapt 21st-century skills. Further research is needed to identify other factors that could strengthen the effectiveness of these aspects.
