Summary Note520 _aThe focus of this study is to determination of a viability and feasibility of establishing an RFID operated washing machine at Adventist University of the Philippines, Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite, Philippines. Bellow paragraph are findings and results of the study. Marketing. the total average projected demand in peso amounted to 7,856,251.68 the project total average supply amounted to 7,856,657.68, which resulted to 0 unmet demand. The average projected organizational demand amounted to 8,112,251.36 and will have an average growth rate increase of 1%. Technical he service process will start with listing a customers name weight of the clothes, followed by inputting transactions in the computer and tapping of personal I.D for the transaction payment, loading of clothes and wait until it is finished, unloading of clothes the lastly logout or log of received laundry clothes. The total cost of equipment and machinery is Php 1,289,960.00 with the annual depreciation of Php 128,996.00. Supplies mounted to 658, 871.50 and small equipment is mounted to 87,881.42 respectively and 853,494.61 for the annual utilities expense. The business will operate 14 hours during Sunday to Thursday and 10 hours during Friday with 4 workers, 2 in each building Sunday to Thursday 10 hours during Fridays with 4 workers, 2 each building. Every Friday, the operation is until 12 pm only and the remaining 3 hours will be allotted for the maintenance routine. The business is closed during Saturdays.The proposed business has yearly capacity in quantity and in peso of 35,280 and 4, 586,400 respectively. The annual operating expense of the business is amounted to 3,991,848.53. attendant will check the machines on the beginning and end of the daily operation. Any machine malfunction must be protected to the supervisor immediately. All legal papers needed for the business will be complied. Employees will be well oriented on the business goal in order for them to be motivated and work productively. Organizational and human resource.The business will have 4 attendants and 1 supervisor on full time basis. There will be an on-call technician for the repairs and maintenance for the machines. Each have a specific job description. Every employee will be entitled to proper salary and the full time employees will have a compensation package. Strategic Management. The business mission is to provide accessible washing service that is fast, safe, and efficient to the dormitorians of AUP. It envisions to become the top laundry shop patronized by the dormitorians of Adventist University of the Philippines by the year 2024. The strategic objectives on marketing technical, organizational and financial is discussed in the strategic framework of this study. The contingency plan, natural calamities, fire, power, interruptions, absents worker, financial loses, alternative plan and exit strategy is determined in the last part of the strategic management study. Financial. The business net income amounting 1,884,511 on the first year of operation and 1,754,860 on the fifth year of the operation. The net present value is 4,682,208.98,% internal rate of return and a 1 year and 3 month payback period wit a benefit -cost ratio of 2.60. Socio-Economic Responsibility. The proposed business will bring economic and social benefits to its customers providing them to good quality of service, to the employees, by providing them a reasonable amount of salary and other benefits such as health benefits and incentives. The the supplier by earning from selling machines and equipment that is needed for the operation. The owner will receive earn and withdraw a reasonable and favorable amount of net income, The community were the business is located by giving charitable contributions through the business in under the ownership of the religious organization, the business will not be taxed but the government will still have a benefit from it from the business permit that is needed to start and operate a business. The business will give tithe and offerings for the church to give back glory to the Lord for all of the blessings and help the church of its religious activities.
