Summary Note520 _aThis chapter discusses the whole study on the feasibility and viability of the proposed business. The findings are stated, the conclusions is formulated and the recommendation for the proposed business is evaluated. Summary of Findings. The focus of this study is the determination of the viability and fallibility of establishing a Calamansi ice cream with twist of honey in Tagaytay City. The following are the findings and results of the study. Marketing. The marketing study helps in finding out the capacity to meet the demand and to able to know the feedback of the proposed product in the market. A promotion and marketing strategies will be executed to create awareness of the product in the target market. The study shows that the demand in peso has an average amount of ₱1,706,718.50 while the supply was determined to have average amount of ₱3,640,000 and an average market share of 47.76% in demand and supply quantity. Technical. The business will be established in Tagaytay City where a building will be rented with a cost ₱20,390.25 every month. The project will also need an equipment worth ₱15,000, furniture and fixture worth ₱25,435.00. Organization and Human Resource. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of some types of business organization, the researchers determined that the proposed business is best suited as a sole proprietorship-type of business. The organization shall employ five people with each specific job descriptions. All workers will be employed based on the qualifications standards and will undergo training for the effectiveness and efficiency in the production and operation. In return they will receive proper compensation and considerable benefits such as SSS insurance and Medicare. Strategic Management. Strategic management involves the formulation and implementation of the major goals and initiatives taken by the management of the proposed business based on consideration of resources and an assessment of the internal and external environments. It includes the mission, vision, and objectives of the business. Program will be implemented to ensure the effectiveness of the business. Evaluation is also important for the improvement of the business and employees. Strategies and contingency plans are to be implemented in case of unforeseen circumstances that will occur in the business. Having such will help the business run smoothly and effectively. Financial. The business has sales of ₱1,864,200.00 for the period, 2019. After the financial aspect of the proposed business was carefully studied and analyzed, the financial statement shows profitability and liquidity of the business with an average rate of return of 50%, a net present value of 53.39% (average rate), benefits cost ratio of 3.62, and internal rate of return of 57%. Socio-Economic Responsibility. This chapter will show the desirability of the proposed business to the economy and society. The business will give job opportunities to the community and it will also contribute few aspects in some areas such as: churches, government, etc. Business will give its contributions in various institutions, to the church contributing in God's work by returning tithes and giving offerings. To the community, job employment will be provided; and to the government, additional source of income through the taxes will be paid which will help develop the country. Conclusion. The researcher's analysis and further study are made to conclude whether the proposed business is feasible or not. Based on the study conducted, the researchers concluded that the proposed venture is feasible and viable. Recommendation. It is hereby recommended that the proposed business of establishing "Calamansi Ice Cream" in Tagaytay City be implemented for immediate realization 2019.
