Summary Note520 _aThere are significant studies concerning police officers' spouses and studies regarding the police officers themselves, but seldom focusing on their children. This study was conducted to understand and explore the lived experiences of police officers children including the relationship and influence of their police parent in their own perspective. Bronfenbrennr's ecological systems theory was used in this study. Qualitative research design of study was utilized using phenomenological perspective in exploring the experiences of the respondents. Purposive and snowball sampling technique was used. Eleven children of police officers living in Cavite and Laguna area, ages 18 years and above served as the participants of this study. The data was gathered through interview guide questions and face to face interview with the participants. Descriptive phenomenological method was utilized to analyze the data. Findings showed that most policed children experienced strict upbringing, death threats, stereotypes, gun exposure, privileges, feelings of safety and father's absence. The result also showed the police parent's impact as children become courageous, an inspiration, enhanced social skills, independence, vigilance, and police parent being a good role model. Overall the majority of the participants were open and had a positive outlook toward their identity and experience as police officer's children.
