Summary Note520 _aThe purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of the variables on the practices on records management. The population of this study consisted of 74 professional from selected banks in Sta. Rosa, Laguna with age 20- 60 year old. To achieve the purpose of this study, questionnaires were used to examined the relationship of the moderating variables of this study. These are age, gender, marital status, educational qualifications and length of service. Purposive sampling is used in this study to focus on specific characteristics of population. Descriptive statistics was used to measure the knowledge, attitudes and practices of the respondents on records management. The statistical techniques used in this study were Pearson correlation analysis, two tailed independent samples T-test , and analysis of variance (ANOVA) ato analyze the data. The respondents level on knowledge came out as high and had a positive attitude toward the practice on record management. They attained a high level on the practices on records management. knowledge and attitudes had a significant positive relationship on practice on records management. However there is no significant difference on practice on records management of the respondent when their age, marital status, educational qualification and length of service were considered except for gender. The variate attitude predicted the practices on record management.
