Summary Note	520		_a	The focus of this study is the determination of the viability and feasibility of establishing industrial scrap recovery facility in Don Jose Sta. Rosa, Laguna. bellow are the findings and results of the study. Marketing. An industrial scrap recovery facility is service provider that collects scraps,preferably, plastics, metals,glasses, and paper and sells them to construction companies, manufacturing companies, recycling companies and others that use scrap for their product and services. The projected demand in peso is ₱ 1,061,028.750 and the organization's demand is projected at ₱ 980,223,924. Technical. The proposed business will be located in Don Jose, Sta. Rosa Laguna. The place will a building at the of ₱ 139,230 per month. The equipment,furniture and fixture will be squired at the amount of ₱ 12, 384,617.96. The purchase of small equipment will be acquired at the amount of ₱ 45,950. Organization and human resources. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantage of some types of business organizations, the researcher determined that the proposed business is the best suitable with sole proprietorship type of business that is managed by one person, and the organization will have one accountant, one cashier, one supervisor, two drivers, four carriers and ten staff. The total annual salary and compensation for the first year is worth ₱ 1,997,437.68.The total employee benefit for the first year of operations is at ₱ 457,212.40. Strategic management. After projecting the strategy on meeting the objectives in each are of marketing, technical, human resources and financial the management was able to evaluate it objective through the use of strategic management models. A total of ₱ 10,000 is used for marketing strategy. The other cost for the strategy is already included in the business operating cost. Financial. A total of ₱ 209,748,771.00 to the suppliers;₱ 2,942,469.05 to the investor ₱ 2,000.00 to the community; ₱ 294,246.91 to the Church; and of ₱ 1,408,460.38 of taxes to the government for the first year.
