The significance of the study is to identify the common reasons why some patient do not comply to their dental recall at Adventist University of the Philippines College of Dentistry. The study used the patient's chart gather their contact informations. Their were interviewed through phone calls and text messages asking them the main reason why they did not come to their appointed dental recall and place it to the corresponding questions on the questionnaire. A descriptive research design was used and was analyzed using a descriptive statistics and T - test statistical analysis. Based on the study the highest factor affecting the patient's non - compliance was they are not concern with their oral hygiene followed by they do not understand the important of the oral hygiene to the overall health. Their is no significant difference between the gender and age of the patient in regards to being non- compliant to the dental recall.
