The researchers used both primary and secondary data in collecting facts and information. primary data came from the original sources and were collected especially for the task at hand which includes interviews and surveys. secondary data were based on the original piece of written or printed materials conveying, authoritative information evidence which includes magazines and other related books. the data were gathered through personal interviews, observations and survey questionnaires. the researchers conducted a research and interview in related business locate in don jose, sta. rosa laguna. The self-constructed survey questionnaires were first presented for validation to the experts as well as to laymen to make sure that survey questionnaires will be understood by the respondents. after vlidation, the survey quetionnaires were revised and finalized before being administered to the sixty respondents that represents the total population of 118. convenience sampling technique was adopted in distributing the survey questionnaires. This study centers on the determination of the validity and feasibility of stablishing a proposed business unit of the Adventist University of the Philippines Printing Press with total consideration of marketing, technical, organization and management, and financial aspects of management. Marketing. Survey questionnaires were given to the sample population of the target market to include the demand and supply analysis. The total demand for the year 2010 is amounted to PhP 686,175.00. the supply is PhP13,614.40, leaving an unmet demand in year 2010. TECHNICAL the proposed business will be located in Adventist University of the Philippines, Puting Kahoy, Silang Cavite. Based on the interview conducted by the researchers, at least five (5) equipment worth 673,745.00 is needed by the proposed budget.
