The study evaluated the performance of the Seventh-day Adventist teachers as a basis for empowerment program to strengthen professionalism and quality of instruction necessary in educational institutions of Central Luzon Conference. The researcher used the descriptive-survey method of research to determine results of students evaluation of teacher performance and prepare a teacher empowerment program based on pupils' evaluation of teachers. As evaluated by the pupils, teacher performance like punctuality and attendance, decorum and personality, classroom discipline and organization, general classroom atmosphere, teaching interest, methods of instruction, knowledge of the subject matter, organization of the subject matter and teachers' attitude and relationship with others are "often" practiced by the teachers. Teaching interest, general classroom atmosphere, method of instruction, decorum and personality, knowledge of the subject matter, teachers' attitude and relationship with others are interpreted "very good" based on the rating scale. Overall rating is significantly and positively related to pupils' evaluation of teacher performance in the following dimensions: punctuality and attendance, decorum and personality, classroom discipline and organization, general classroom atmosphere, teaching interest, methods of instruction, knowledge of the subject, organization of the subject and teacher's attitude and relationship with others. In the light of the findings from this study, the researcher was able to establish the following conclusions: (1) The literature has nine conceptualized dimensions of teachers' performance. However, only three dimensions were identified by factors analysis. They were teacher's attitude and relationship with others, classroom discipline and organization and methods of instruction. Based on pupils' evaluation, the following were rated " very good" punctuality and attendance, decorum, and personality, classroom discipline and organization, general classroom atmosphere.
