Vicarious bullying is not heard of in the Philippines much more for the effect to the well being of the bullying bystanders. Grounded from C.R. Synder's Hope theory, this study determined the relationship of vicarious bullying to hope and aggression among adolescent bullying bystander. Data well collected from 111 Junior and senior high school student who were enrolled in private schools within the Sta Rosa, Laguna and Silang, Cavite areas. Convenience sampling was employed in choosing the respondents for the study. The descriptive - correlational research design was utilized and data gathered were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The study revealed that the level of vicarious bullying in term of agency and pathways were also both average. On the other hand, the level of aggression were all low. Result shows that there is low correlation between vicarious bullying and hope among the participants however, there is a positive, very low correlational between the vicarious bullying and aggression among the participants. Furthermore, there is no significant difference in the aggression among the participants . In addition, there is no significant different in hope in term of gender, age, and socio -economic status of the participants were found. However age is found to be a significant predictor of hope specifically in the agency sub- variable while no predictor of aggression were found. Replication of the study in public schools was recommended.
