This chapter discusses the whole study on the feasibility and viability of the proposed business. The finding are stated, the conclusion is formulated and the recommendation for the proposed business is evaluated. Summary of finding The focus of this study is the determination of the viability and feasibility of the establishing ornamental in Bucal, Silang. Bellow are the finding and results of the study. Marketing . The marketing study help in finding out the capacity to meet the demand and to be able to know the feedback of the proposed product in the market. A promotion and marketing strategies will be executed to create awareness of the product in the target market. The study showed that the demand in peso has an average amount of ₱ 4,169.205 while the supply was determined to have average amount ₱ 2,842,262 and an average market share of 10% in demand and supply analysis. Technical. The business will be operated in Bucal, Silang, Cavite. The business will rent a space to produce plants one room to the office and storage with cost of ₱32,00 in the first month that will deposited for security and one month deposit advance, which fallow with normal payment the coming month. Base on the conducted research the researcher allocated ₱ 669, 448 for the appreciable equipment and furniture and fixtures, supplies for V 47, 698.51. Organization and Human Resources. The business has 380,000 annual salary expense. After analyzing the advantage and disadvantages of some types of business organization, the researcher determined that the proposed business is best suited with sole proprietorship - of business. The organization shall have (4) employees with have specific job descriptions. Al worker will be employed by on the qualifications standard and will undergo training for the effectiveness and efficiency in the production and operation. In return they will receive proper comprehension and considerable benefits such as SSS insurance and medicare. Strategic management.
