The focus of this study is determination of the viability and feasibility of establishing a study Hub in Dasmariñas Cavite. Below are the findings and results of the study. Marketing Study. The proposed business offers a study hub service with unlimited coffee and juice at ₱50 per hour. Through the use of survey questionnaires distributed to the college students neighboring in the vicinity of Barangay Burol main, 82% are willing to patronize the service will be offered by the proposed business. The initial demand in peso is ₱242,797,057 with an equivalent of 3,975,229 demand in quantity. Printed materials, happy hours service and participation in social media and website will used as the proposed business marketing plan. Technical study. The entire process takes about 13 minutes excluding the desired hours of stay of the customers. Various equipment and furniture and fixtures will be bought in order to start the operations at an amount of ₱278,910. The location of the proposed business is at Barangay Burol Main, Dasmariñas City. The business will operate for six days a week which comprises 24 hours a day from Sunday to Friday. Organizational and Human Resource Management. The researchers decided to adopt sole proprietorship because of its ease of set up and nominal cost interms of legal requirements. It will composed of five employees-- a manager, three staffs, and one security guard--with specific job description. The business will also hire a part-time accountant for ₱25,000. Seven months will be allotted for the final organization of the proposed business. Strategic Management Study. The business aims to be the best leading study hub in Dasmariñas City by 2022. The marketing strategies formulated aim to meet the satisfaction of customers on the services provided. To know that the business is performing well, the strategic evaluation will be implemented on quarterly basis, and other contingency plans will be formulated. Financial Study. The initial capital investment required by proposed business is ₱1,269,534.13. The source of the fund will be from Ms. Anne Murielle Cabrera. According to financial analysis tools, the business is projected to be profitable, liquid, and stable for the next five years. The net income during the first year of operation amounted to ₱448,386.74 with a payback period of one year and eight months with an NPV of ₱3,224,469.37, IRR of 74.76% and benefits and benefit-cost ratio of 3.54 which indicates that the proposed business is feasible. Socio-Economic Responsibility. As part of the society, the business would contribute to the welfare of its customers, employees, suppliers, partners, church, government and the community wherein it is established. The owner will also give a tithe to the church and will ensure the business's compliance with all the government requirements. Conclusion.
