The focus of this study is the determination of the viability and feasibility of establishing a children fitness center in Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite. Below are the findings and results of the study. Marketing. The business will have 738,049 of total demand in quantity and 580,963 of organization demand in quantity for the five-year operation and 374,049 of market share of the proposed business of happy fit. Technical. The children's fitness center will be located in second floor Carolina Mall. The proposed business can only accommodate 15 children in every session in each program from all categories and will be opened at 12:30 for the preparation and 1:00pm to 7:15pm for the proper service operation which will be operated during Sunday to Friday. Organization and Human Resource. The proposed business would adopt the sole proprietorship type of business organization. The company would start with 4 employees and workers would also receive a compensation package include the SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig contributions and other benefits to be given to each worker accordingly. Strategic Management. The happy fit mission is to provide proper and high quality children fitness services with a children friendly and pleasant environment and envisions to be the top, most preferred and dependable children fitness center. Financial. The proposed business will need an amount of Php.2,002,859.00 for the capital requirements for the investor. There will be a present value of Php.500,346.00, benefits cost ratio of 1.25%, and internal rate return of 18%. Socio-Economic Responsiblity. The business aims to not only earn profit but also to contribute to the environment, to the surroundings, to the government through giving tax payment, and to give tithes and offering to the church. Conclusion. Based on findings of the study in marketing, operations, organization and human resource, strategic management, financial, and social responsibility, the researcher conclude that children fitness center is feasible and viable for the proposed project to succeed. The researchers therefore conclude that the study shows that the business is feasible and viable to established. Recommendation. The researchers recommend to the prospective investor that Happy Fit Children Fitness Center immediately implemented in Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite.
