Little to no the study has actually applied adversity quotient to the field. To bring something new to the world of research in this area, this study aim to discover how social support and self acceptance affect the level of adversity quotient among rehab patients A total of 106 private rehabilitation patient participated in this study Descriptive correlation design was used. Finding revealed that the patient have high level of support and self acceptance however, they have low level of adversity quotient, Moreover all four aspects of social have significant positive relationship with control, one of the element of adversity quotient. On the other hand emotional, companionship and tangible support have significant negative relationships with endurance. In addition self acceptance has a significant negative relationship with control and significant negative relationship with endurance, finally higher level of self acceptance significantly predict of high level control and a low level of entrance among the patients. Based on the finding recommendations were given to help rehabilitation centers improve their patients' adversity quotient.
