The emergency is unavoidable but prevention could lessen its complications. Nowadays dental patient, independent of their age and sex, often have complex medical histories with several medications. In order to overcome these challenges the dentist is required to have the capability. knowledge and skill to manage medical emergency situations. Most dental schools are admitting patient who have medical conditions, and such as situation can create complications which can lead to medical emergencies. Therefore the dental schools should be able to instruct and train their students to be highly capable, Knowledgeable and skillful in handling medical emergencies can occur in the dental office. But surveys have reflected that only a small number of dental practitioners are prepared for these unfortunate situations. The study aimed to determine the knowledge, attitude and facilities in three different dental schools. The research employed the descriptive research design. The data was gathered from 49 respondents and three dental schools and were analyze using descriptive statistics analysis. The results revealed that the dental clinicians and faculty were highly knowledgeable but had uncertain attitudes toward medical emergencies.Besides that, the three dental schools have shown that they are not fully equipped with regards to the minimum necessary medical emergency drugs and equipment.
