Many employees ranging from different professions experience challenges in their workplace that is why there where many established studies regarding challenges in the industrial organizational field. But one of the most obvious hazardous profession, yet unnoticed, are the embalmers. Researchers have found no study regarding the embalmers divvying in the country. This study will talk about the experience, challenges, as well as the coping strategies of the Philippine embalmers. The result of study support the previous foreign literature regarding the experiences and challenges of the embalmers. Despite having challenges, the respondents stated that they were still able to cope up through the help it drinking alcohol, physical relaxation, reality acceptance, habituation , doing leisure, and family support. This factor helped them stay in this kind of profession, as well as to become better embalmers. Although, there are some contradicting finding and studies with regards of their ethical protocols pertaining to how they practice embalming.
